Questions

How many products can I add?
As many as you like: the price is the same. I load them from your list, and then you add more whenever you need.
I don't have photos or descriptions of my products.
I prepare them: I write the descriptions with AI from a couple of lines of yours and tidy up the photos taken with your phone. If you want studio photos, there's the photographer at €15 per product.
Are there monthly costs?
Not for the shop: no subscription. On every sale there's only the card payment fee, like the card machine in your store, and shipping you pay to the carrier. I go through it in detail on the call, before we start.
Who writes the terms of sale and the privacy policy?
They're required for anyone selling online, but I don't write them: you need a professional or a dedicated service. I tell you what's needed and put them on the website.
Can the price go up once we start?
No. On the call we choose the package, and from then on the price doesn't change.
I'm on Shopify: what do I lose by moving?
Products, photos, customers and past orders move over. Customer passwords don't: at their first login they choose a new one. We go through the apps you use together first, one by one.
