Questions

Will it work with my website?
Almost always. I look at it in the check and tell you if it can be done. Some closed platforms don't let you add anything: if that's your case, I tell you right away.
Can the price go up once we start?
No. On the call we look at what you need, and from then on the price doesn't change.
I'm already on Booking, TheFork or another platform: do I have to leave?
No. Platforms bring you new customers. Booking on your website means you stop paying commission on people who already knew you.
Who manages the bookings afterwards?
You do, from the dashboard: you see them, move or cancel them, change your hours and close the days you're away. I show you how when I hand it over.
Are there monthly costs?
If you want to connect the booking system to Booking, Airbnb or TheFork, you often need an external service with a small monthly fee: I tell you on the call, before we start.
