Questions
- Does online booking collect health data?
- No. The form only asks for name, contact details and type of appointment: no symptoms, no diagnoses. That way the website doesn't handle health data.
- I'm already on a booking portal: do I need to leave it?
- No. The portal brings you new patients. Booking on your own website is for patients who already know you and for people who find you on Google, without going through the portal.
- Can I show patient reviews?
- The rules on advertising for health professionals make that unwise. The website informs: who you are, what you do, how to book.
- Who updates opening hours and notices?
- You do, from a simple dashboard, in a minute. I'll show you how.
- Can the price go up once we start?
- No. On the call we choose the package, and from then on the price doesn't change.
