What “accessible” means
Some of your visitors see poorly, only use a keyboard or have the page read aloud by software. I fix what gets in their way and stops them from using your website.
- A text describing every image, for people who can't see it.
- Colours with enough contrast for the text to be readable.
- The website works with a keyboard alone, no mouse needed.
- Headings in order and the page language declared, so screen readers read it correctly.
- Forms with labels, and links that say where they go.
For online shops and some services, accessibility has been a legal requirement since June 2025; very small businesses are largely exempt. I'll tell you in the review whether it applies to you.

- Will I be compliant afterwards?
- The banner does what the data protection rules require: a “Reject” button, no non-essential cookies before the choice, and consent that can be changed. The privacy policy, though, is a legal text and I don't write it: you need a professional or a dedicated service. I'll tell you what's needed and link it to the banner.
- I already use Iubenda or a similar service: can I drop it?
- Yes. I put the banner on your website and you stop paying the subscription.
- Can the price go up once we start?
- No. On the call we choose the package, and from then on the price doesn't change.
